ESC’s nearly 300 consultants and coaches make vital change possible and productive for over 150 nonprofits and public agencies of every size and type each year. They do this by committing their talent, experience and expertise through ESC programs and services to enhance the effectiveness of organizations providing vital service to the community.
Consultants and coaches come from a range of professional backgrounds, including the business, government, and nonprofit sectors. What defines them is their depth of experience as senior-level leaders, a commitment to service to the nonprofit sector and a willingness to adapt and engage in continual learning. ESC is currently recruiting leaders with 20+ years of senior management level experience. We invite your interest, whether you are currently employed, retired or considering retirement. Applicants are screened for their listening and communication skill; ability to participate in analysis and critical thinking; flexibility and openness to learning; writing, presentation and technical skills; and their sense of empathy and respect.
