Our volunteers are the consultants delivering capacity-building projects to our clients, the coaches providing professional advice and leadership strategies, and the trainers and practice leaders in our award-winning professional development program.
Building on their vast personal experience from long-time leadership careers in the business, professional, academic, nonprofit and civic sectors, our volunteers bring all their knowledge and talents to the client organizations we serve. And our volunteers then expand their skill sets and abilities through ESC’s award-winning professional development and training program as well as learning and sharing with their peers.
In the process of expanding their skills and learning new perspectives, our volunteers build strong friendships with their colleagues and develop enduring connections to the organizations they serve – people who share their commitment to public service and improving their community.
