Leverage Volunteer Commitment
Contributions and grants to ESC’s Annual Fund are what make our work possible. By underwriting ESC’s support for our volunteer consultants (especially our training and professional development programs and the recruitment of new volunteers), contributed income provides the essential leverage for our volunteers’ donation of over 23,000 hours of time, as well as expertise and energy, every year.
Keeping ESC Services Affordable & Accessible For All
In leveraging our volunteers’ commitment and contributions, gifts and grants from individuals, corporations and foundations enable ESC to keep the fees we must charge for our services to the absolute minimum. At present, ESC fees are at most 1/3 of average market-rate fees for comparable services. Contributed revenue makes it possible for even the smallest of organizations to benefit from working with ESC.
Gift to ESC are Tax Deductible
As ESC is a IRS 501(c)(3) organization, both cash and in-kind contributions to ESC are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
