When working with ESC, our process begins with an organizational assessment to clarify an organization's needs and goals. Each ESC team of consultants is selected to work with an organization based on their combination of experience and skills best suited for the project.
ESC consultants are uniquely motivated for their work with clients: as volunteers, they are there because they want to be. Their reward for their work isn’t a fee – it’s seeing that the organization with which they have worked is achieving its goals and making progress toward a stronger, healthier future. They want to see that they have made a difference. ESC consultants don’t watch the clock – for them, success is measured in client outcomes, not billable hours.
Project fees are always well below market rate for consulting services of comparable quality and results – our fees are established on a sliding scale and vary according to project complexity and a client's budget.
