After every assignment, we systematically measure results, and our clients have consistently rated us an average of 9.1 out of a possible 10 points. More than half of our contracts each year come from repeat clients and referrals. Our consultants. ESC Consultants are senior and middle managers and leaders from business, the professions, government, nonprofits, and schools who have the knowledge, commitment, time and energy to help others in the community. Since our consultants volunteer their time and expertise, fees for consulting are below market rate.
