Click here to view the most recent annual report. Why does ESC have an Annual Fund Campaign?Client fees cover approximately one-third of ESC's annual operating budget. Corporations, foundations, ESC volunteers and other individuals contribute two-thirds of our annual operating expense. Click here to view ESC's most recent annual report. How are donations used?Contributions to ESC are used to support the infrastructure-- staff, office, training, marketing and recruitment-- all necessary to an organization of 250 volunteers that provides top quality management support to more than 180 clients a year. Are gifts to ESC fully tax deductible?Yes, to the extent that the donor is eligible to deduct charitable contributions. ESC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Does ESC have an endowment fund? Yes, ESC established the A. Dean Swift Memorial Fund to help build a secure base for our future. Volunteers have contributed nearly $3M to this fund. Many of our volunteers have also made deferred gifts. All of those volunteers are members of the ESC Legacy Corps. What non-cash gifts do you accept? We gratefully accept stocks, bonds, mutual funds and foreign currency. If you would like to donate something else and are unsure if we would accept it, please contact us. |
